What does AMPLIS do?

We start with structured interviews with your subject matter experts — the people who know why equipment fails, how to prioritise maintenance, and what the manuals don't tell you. We extract their decision-making logic, encode it into structured knowledge bases, and build AI-powered systems that make that knowledge searchable and actionable by your entire team. The result integrates into your existing workflows so it's used daily, not filed away.

Do you replace existing systems like our CMMS or ERP?

No. We integrate with your existing systems — CMMS, ERP, historian, condition monitoring — and make them work better together. We build data pipelines that connect what you already have, improve data quality, and layer intelligence on top. If your current systems need optimisation or configuration work, we do that too.

How do you measure success?

Every engagement starts with agreed, measurable outcomes — unplanned downtime reduction, schedule compliance improvement, maintenance cost targets, or knowledge retention metrics. We define these upfront and report against them throughout. If we can't quantify the improvement, we haven't delivered.
